I recently visited Pollo Tropical and had a great experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The grilled chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the sides like the rice and black beans were delicious. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. I want to especially thank Manager Dianellys for her kindness and professionalism — she made sure everything was perfect! Definitely a great spot for tasty Caribbean-style food at a good price. I’ll definitely be coming back!
We came here on 1/2 around midday for lunch for lunch- 2 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler. My son mostly likes sides. He wanted rice and plantains. The manager and employees were kind and patient while we determined the most economical way to order his food along with ours, as it wasn't clearly a "kids meal". Food was yummy and served promptly after ordering- tropichop bowl with chicken, garlic chicken sandwich, white rice, plantains, and yucca. It was all very good. The restaurant was clean, and someone walked through the dining room a couple of times to inspect for cleanliness and wipe down tables. We'll definitely be back :) Gracias!

Two days ago, on my first day back to work, and after my father passed away, I decided to leave the office to take a break and grab a bite to eat. I was okay, but still with a heavy heart. Ezequiel, who took my order in drive through and greeted me at the window was bubbly, friendly, and had a great demeanor. I don't remember what he said exactly (something like him wishing me a great rest of the day), but the way he spoke to me was like we were already friends. I drove away with a smile. He was really just doing his job, but it was his great attitude and friendliness that encouraged me to push forward the rest of the day. He was also not mad that I asked for that delicious cilantro garlic sauce! I went back the next day and was met with the same positive attitude and demeanor. If every company had a person like Ezequiel, the world would be a happier place! :)

Food was of amazing quality. Fresh chicken and veggies and huge portion for the price. I ordered a regular sized bowl with everything I could think of on it. Better than other places.
